PLAYER OF THE MONTH HONOURS IN MTN PREMIER LEAGUE AND MULASPORT NATIONAL FIRST DIVISION

Rangers F.C. forward Hleliso Gamedze has been crowned the MTN Premier League Player of the Month for October 2025, following an impressive performance that saw him score 5 goals in 5 league matches. Gamedze’s outstanding form has also propelled him to the top of the MTN PLE 2025/26 season’s goal-scoring chart, where he currently leads the race for the golden boot.

In celebration of their star striker, Rangers F.C. commended Gamedze for his hard work, dedication, and passion for the game, describing him as an inspiration to many, both within the club and across the nation. The team extended their best wishes to Gamedze, encouraging him to keep shining and continue reaching greater heights as the season progresses.

On the other hand, Teboho Dlamini, a midfielder for Red Rhinos FC, claimed the first MulaSport National First Division Player of the Month award of the season. The award presentation took place at MulaSport offices in Manzini, celebrating Dlamini’s midfield mastery. He was selected from a shortlist of three nominees: Majaha Ndlovu and Msimisi Dlamini (both from Nkwene Sundowns FC), alongside Dlamini.

Dlamini received E2,500 in prize money for his achievement. Lando Mthupha, the Brand and Marketing Manager of the Premier League of Eswatini (PLE), expressed gratitude to MulaSport for their sponsorship, which drives recognition in the second tier. Mukelo Magagula, the Country Manager for MulaSport, praised the initiative for spotlighting talent and urged the PLE to expand the categories for individual awards.

In reflecting on his success, Dlamini credited his achievements to faith, hard work, and the guidance of his club coach, teammates, mentors, and Manzini Central High School, where he is completing his final grade. He affirmed that opportunity unlocks potential.
