MBANGWENI RED LIONS F.C. ARE CHAMPIONS OF THE BUILD IT U13 NHLANGANO TOURNAMENT

Build it continues to be a true friend of football as her partnership with the Eswatini Football Association is now in its 17th year of existence. Last Saturday, the Build it U13 Tournament that was held in Nhlangano was a huge success as it provided a perfect platform for the Eswatini Child to play the beautiful game of football.

A total of eight football teams competed for the championship which was eventually won by Mbangweni Red Lions F.C. The player of the tournament was Malwande Dlamini of Makhwelela F.C. As a result of the successful implementation of this tournament, the Eswatini Football Association (EFA) through the Chairperson of the EFA Youth Football Committee Sicelo Nene, acknowledged all the stakeholders that contributed towards the successful implementation of this tournament. “We thank Build it for her investment towards the development of football for the past 17 years. This was a well-executed tournament and we thank all the stakeholders who made this football tournament to be a success,” Nene said.

Build it Plus Mbabane and Build it Nhlangano Managing Director, Sam Essa expressed the Build it brand’s excitement and commitment towards the development of football in the country. “As Build it, we are proud to be the sponsors of this football development programme and we will always promote it,” Essa said.

This coming Saturday, a similar tournament will be implemented at the Msunduza Sports Ground under the banner of Build it Plus Mbabane. Kick-off is at 0900hrs and a total of eight teams will be competing for the championship. The participating teams are as follows; Fast Reaction F.C., Double Action F.C., Academy F.C., Barcelona F.C., Supersport F.C., Royal Leopard F.C., Mbabane Swallows F.C., and Ntsetse Flyers F.C.
