ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PRESENCE OF HIS MAJESTY THE KING MSWATI III AND HER MAJESTY THE INDLOVUKAZI DURING THE PRIZE PRESENTATION CEREMONY OF THE SMVAF INGWENYAMA CUP

Eswatini Football Association (EFA) extends her special tribute and momentous gratitude to His Majesty The King Mswati III, Her Majesty The Indlovukazi, together with The King of Busoga, in Uganda and the Royal Household for gracing the Prize Presentation Ceremony of the 6th edition of the Sincephetelo Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (SMVAF) Ingwenyama Cup; which decorated the ceremony. As EFA and football family, we are always greatly humbled by the presence of Their Majesties in any football event.

Their presence gave the event the glamour and Royal Extravagance that this gathering deserved, as this competition is the brain child of the King, blending both football and culture. In addition to that, the presence of Their Majesties’ Guest King Nadiope of Busoga in Uganda added more glamour and international status to the event, being also His Majesty The King’s vision to present this competition to the globe to see the perfect blending of Eswatini football and culture.

EFA together with the football family and other stakeholders take this opportunity to thank His Majesty The King Mswati III and SMVAF for the new sponsorship of this competition for the next 3 editions. Such an investment will immensely contribute towards the development of both football and culture in the country.

Further appreciation goes to the Head of Government of the Kingdom of Eswatini, his Cabinet and Civil Service, Members of both Houses of Parliament, Chiefs, the Sponsor-SMVAF, the Football Family, Cultural groups, invited Guests, and the Media for being part of this historic event. They are also a principal reason for the success of this event.

Finally, the EFA congratulates all the winners of the event on both the football and cultural categories. None of such would have been realized without the sponsors-SMVAF, and the Ingwenyama Cup Committee who presented a well-coordinated programme.
