The draw for the TotalEnergies AFCON 2025 Finals has been implemented at the Confederation of African Football’s (CAF’s) Headquarters in Cairo. Fresh from a well-executed competition in Cote d’Ivoire, CAF will have another TotalEnergies AFCON Finals next year in Morocco.

The road to Morocco begins next month with the realization of the preliminary round of this prestigious competition. It is the repeat of the preliminary round fixture for the recently completed TotalEnergies AFCON Finals for Eswatini and Somalia. These two nations met during the same stage of the previous edition and Eswatini won both legs by 3-0 (away) and 2-1 (home) respectively. Will lightning strike the same place twice? This question will be answered during the next FIFA International Window (18th – 26th February 2024) when the TotalEnergies AFCON 2025 Finals’ preliminary phase will be played.
