EFA PRESIDENT COMMISSION SIHLANGU TO GET GOOD RESULTS AGAINST ZIMBABWE
The Eswatini Football Association (EFA) President Peter Simelane has commissioned the Senior Men’s National Team (Sihlangu SeMnikati) to go to Francis Town in Botswana and get good results. This happened on Thursday afternoon during the farewell function for the national team which was executed at the Technical Centre in Lobamba.
“Both national teams will be playing in a neutral venue which makes this fixture to be a 50/50 one. Go to Botswana and get good results. We wish you all the best,” Simelane said.
When addressing the President, the national team head coach, Zdranko Logarusic stated that the necessary preparations for the match have been done and they will do their level best to win the match. “The necessary preparations have been done, and we will do our level best to be victorious,” said Lugarusic.
The national team captain, Sifiso Matse acknowledged the support from the EFA and the technical staff as they prepare for this match and asked the nation to pray for them as they embark on this journey to Botswana where they are aiming for positive results. “We thank the EFA and the technical bench for their support during our preparations; and we ask the nation to support us through prayer as we leave the country for Botswana. Our aim is to get positive results,”Matse said.
